Scale-up and Technology transfer

Scale-up of formulation from lab level to large scale is crucial for overall project success. With the understanding of criticality, we have created our center of excellence with 50 Kg pilot-scale mixer to simulate the R&D process, before taking it onto a commercial level. Our team of formulators has years of experience in process development, and in successfully transforming products from a small lab to a kilo-scale lab to a commercial scale. Our technology transfer team is also actively involved in scale-up operations at our manufacturing facility.
